Cancellation terms :
Less than 15 days in advance and no show : charge for 7 days.
Cancellation during your stay or extension of your stay : 7 days notice.
If the rate is established on a monthly basis, and if you cancel before the first
period of 30 days,
the short term basis rate will be applied.
